1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within **1-3 business days** (excluding weekends and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

       

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

       

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

       

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Paanzi is happy to offer shipping to select international destinations. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for all such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country.

       

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Paanzi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If the product itself is defective, please refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy for instructions on filing a claim for replacement.

       

Lost Packages

       

If you have not received your order after the estimated delivery window, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.
